•Oxycodone – 7 grams
Penalties vary for trafficking illegal drugs. In Florida, drug trafficking is a serious crime.
This charge for a convicted person always carries a mandatory minimum sentence in prison. Prison stays range from 3 years to up to 25 years in prison depending on the amount of drug trafficked and if the defendant has a prior history of drug trafficking.
